Evolve IT is excited to be partnering with a growing organisation based in the Edinburgh area to recruit an IT Support Analyst. You'll be joining a close-knit IT support team responsible for maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systems across multiple sites. Your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that align with the demands of a fast-growing business.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in an IT Support Analyst role, providing 1st and/or 2nd line support. We're looking for someone who is team-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of delivering quality technical support while contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage and prioritise assigned tasks to ensure prompt resolution of IT support requests.

* Collaborate with third-party IT vendors and internal support teams to resolve issues efficiently.

* Investigate the root causes of IT equipment problems and propose effective solutions.

* Ensure the proper setup, installation, and configuration of all IT hardware and devices.

* Maintain clear, detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

* Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive and positive approach across all areas of the business.

* Comply with security and data privacy policies and escalate potential business risks when identified.

Successful Candidate Profile:

* Technical knowledge of Windows 11, Server 2016, 2019 & 2022 environments.

* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

* Experience with Azure AD management and network printer systems.

* Strong problem-solving skills paired with effective communication and customer service abilities.
