Location – Worcester/Gloucester/Tewkesbury/Birmingham

An opportunity to join a rapidly growing company to work alongside the operational teams to deliver construction projects. My client offers rapid career progression opportunities for candidates who demonstrate flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm to their work.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As an installer you will be responsible for the installation of projects in all departments. Working with the supervisor, you will contribute to the overall running of sites and continuous improvement of the business, whilst ensuring that the highest professional, health and safety and quality standards are maintained to continually improve the service offered.

Must have’s

* CSCS Card - Blue card preferred

* Willingness to gain knowledge of construction and landscaping

* A high level of self-motivation and willingness to continually develop skills and knowledge

* Full valid driving licence

* Ability to travel across the UK with regular nights away from home

Nice to have’s

* No experience is required other than a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop

* Experience in commercial construction would be beneficial but not required

* Methodical, close attention to detail

* Good working with people at all levels within the team

* Computer literate

So, what will you be doing?

* Hands on roofing installations

* Be able to understand construction drawings and identifying and resolving key issues on site

* Full awareness and understanding of the companies H&S policy and procedures

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

* Accountability of project delivery on site to the highest standards of quality

* Encouraging and developing teamwork both across the install teams
