We are seeking a Mid or Senior level Architectural Technician with experience of running jobs in sectors including, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial. This role will also be a leadership role where you will be involved in development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design and construction documentation.

Oversee BIM coordination and technical quality standards.

Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions.

Skills & Experience

Chartered (MCIAT) preferred.

Extensive experience with UK building regulations and complex projects.

Strong Revit and BIM management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
