I’m currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a portfolio of ongoing civils schemes across the Inverness and Scotland region.

We will consider Perm canddiates, temp to perm and freelance candidates.

Key Details:

Location: Based in Inverness with travel to multiple project sites as required

*

Employment: Temp-to-perm or permanent (freelancers also considered)

*

Start: ASAP for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

*

Provide on-site health & safety support across multiple civil engineering projects

*

Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments

*

Ensure CDM Regulations and internal H&S policies are adhered to

*

Assist in incident investigations and promote a proactive safety culture

Requirements:

*

Minimum NEBOSH Construction Certificate

*

3–5 years' experience as an H&S Advisor within civil engineering environments

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Flexibility to travel between sites

*

Full UK driving licence
