We’re working with a rapidly expanding and well-respected branded merchandise agency that partners with global brands to deliver standout, sustainable promotional products. They’re now looking to hire an experienced Account Manager with a background in merchandise distribution.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team based in a lively central London WeWork.

? The Role:
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients – managing projects from brief through to delivery, while working closely with the internal creative and sourcing teams. You’ll bring ideas to life, ensure client satisfaction, and have the flexibility to work in a way that suits your life.

? Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships

Take briefs, suggest ideas, and deliver quotes, visuals, and timelines

*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time

*

Maintain quality service and client satisfaction throughout

*

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

*

Keep up with product trends and new ideas

✅ Requirements:

*

Minimum 2 years’ experience with a merchandise distributor (agency/supplier-side)

*

Strong client-facing and project management skills

*

Commercially minded, confident communicator, highly organised

*

Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

*

Proactive and solution-focused
