Are you an experienced leader in children’s care looking to make a real impact?

The Role:
Lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and legislative frameworks. Inspire a dedicated team and drive positive outcomes for young people.

Requirements:
1–2+ years’ experience in a care management role Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Knowledge of Ofsted/CQC standards
Passion for safeguarding and children’s wellbeing
Enhanced DBS (or willing to complete one)
