Description

Be in house ServiceNow SME
Work alongside partners when needed
BAU issues
Oversee the overall management and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly.
Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required.
Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.Profile

Must haves:

3+ years ServiceNow experience
Strong communication skillsNice to haves:

Professional Services Background
ServiceNow System Admin Certification
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
