A highly regarded primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Special Educational Needs Unit in January 2026.

About the Role:

Work in a dedicated SEN unit supporting a maximum of 12 pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

Support children with a range of needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)

Collaborate with an experienced and caring team of professionals

Provide tailored academic and emotional support to help each child reach their potential

What We're Looking For:

A warm, empathetic, and motivated individual

A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced staff

SEN experience is preferred, but not essential - full training is provided

Commitment to working full-time for the full academic year
