Asset Surveyor | £45,000- £50,000 per annum | London

Our client are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Asset Surveyor to join our dedicated London-based team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and improving the quality of our housing stock by conducting condition surveys, energy assessments, and retrofit assessments.

? What you’ll be doing:

Carrying out stock condition surveys and assessing the remaining life of key components

*

Conducting SAP assessments and producing EPCs (must be an accredited DEA)

*

Undertaking Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS 2035

*

Ensuring accurate records are maintained in our asset management systems

*

Working independently across sites in London and the surrounding counties

? About you:

*

Qualified with an HNC (or higher) in Building, Surveying, or similar—or extensive relevant experience

*

Confident conducting structural surveys and writing clear, concise reports

*

Comfortable with planned maintenance and energy management systems

*

Strong communicator with excellent time management skills

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
