Job Title: Support Worker

£12.21 - £17.50 per hour

Job Duties:

Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or mental health needs
Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support clients in daily activities and encourage independence
Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of service users
Document and report any changes in clients' conditions

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Experience working in a similar role
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Driver with access to a vechicle 

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience:

Prior experience in a care or support role

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach

Preferred Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with vulnerable individuals in a healthcare setting. Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends. The ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity and professionalism is essential
