We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Rescue Operatives to join a leading industrial company for a major project in Knaresborough starting in early 2026. The ideal candidates will have proven experience working in high-risk environments, including confined space rescue, and be ready to take on a challenging role that ensures the safety of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-risk rescue operations in confined space environments

*

Be prepared for emergency situations, including rescue from height and confined spaces

*

Carry out regular safety checks and risk assessments in compliance with health and safety regulations

*

Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure safety standards are consistently met

*

Respond promptly and efficiently in emergency situations to minimise risk to personnel

*

Keep detailed records of incidents, safety checks, and training

Essential Requirements:

*

Valid High Risk & Rescue Confined Space Certification

*

CCNSG (Construction Safety Certification Scheme)

*

Current First Aid Certification

*

Proven experience in confined space and high-risk rescue operations

*

Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergencies swiftly

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

*

Ability to work in challenging and potentially hazardous environments

*

Full UK driving license
