Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and clarity.
Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and preparing agendas.
Support the onboarding process for new team members by preparing necessary materials.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
Assist with general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
