MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensuring construction works comply with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
* Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to align on schedules and deliverables.
* Preparing site work schedules, cash flow projections, and material requirements in collaboration with Planning and Procurement.
* Monitoring site progress and proactively addressing delays or risks.
* Attending and documenting client meetings, ensuring all decisions are implemented effectively.
* Submitting monthly progress and claim reports to Project Manager and Head Office.
* Managing Occupational Health and Safety compliance on-site.
* Providing leadership to site engineers and foremen, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
* Contributing to process improvement, customer satisfaction, and integrated management systems.

IDEAL PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP projects, preferably in large-scale international construction.
* Proven site leadership experience and strong knowledge of planning, claims, and cost control.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong commitment to HSE regulations and continuous improvement
