Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive with proven B2B outbound sales experience to join a fast-paced media company based in Birmingham City Centre. You’ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships across digital media, print, and high-profile industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the New Business team and reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

Proactively generating new B2B leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
Pitching and presenting tailored advertising and sponsorship opportunities across print, digital, and event platforms
Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Representing the brand at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Solid experience in B2B outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation
A proven track record of working towards and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
Self-motivation and a structured approach to managing your sales pipeline
Bonus if you also have:

International sales experience
Experience in media sales, events, or digital advertising
The ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced setting
