Recycling Operative

Location: Highbridge

Pay: £13.73 per hour (Including holiday pay)

Hours: Up to 60 hours per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 11 to 12-hour shift
☕ Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch break + two 15-minute paid tea breaks
About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives to join a busy team in a hands-on, physical role. You’ll be working with machinery, handling goods, and supporting a fast-paced cleaning and packing process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing the job well.

Key Responsibilities:

Feeding items into a large industrial machine
Drying and checking items after cleaning
Packing cleaned items into boxes for redistribution
Manual handling (up to 25kg)
Keeping your workstation tidy and safe

Good attention to detail

Flexible with working hours, including Saturdays
