As Technical Director, you'll play a central role in driving business success by:

Building and strengthening client relationships through tailored, value-driven engineering solutions.
Providing hands-on technical leadership across civil, structural, and geo-environmental engineering projects.
Taking full project ownership - from client brief through to delivery - while mentoring your team and shaping future talent.
Working closely with the Office Partner to lead operations, grow the client base, and drive profitability.
