Salary: UPS1-UPS3 (Inner London) + SEND Allowance
Are you a passionate and experienced Qualified Teacher of the Deaf looking for your next step in leadership? A warm, inclusive, and well-resourced primary school in Islington is seeking a dedicated Lead QToD to join their established Deaf Provision from September 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role, shaping the strategic direction of the deaf provision and making a lasting impact on the lives of deaf pupils. You will be joining a forward-thinking, supportive team that places inclusion, independence, and high aspirations at the heart of everything they do.
About the role:
Lead and manage the school's deaf provision, working closely with the SENDCo and Senior Leadership Team
Collaborate with external professionals and local authorities to ensure best outcomes for pupils
Inspire, support, and guide a committed team of support staff and specialist teachers
Ensure provision is inclusive, aspirational, and fully aligned with EHCP outcomes and individual needs
Monitor pupil progress and lead on effective intervention strategies
Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider school community
