Job title: Data Operator

Job type: Temporary - ongoing

Location: Edinburgh, EH3 9PE

Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour

Hours of work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Shift time: 08:00 -15:30 (Work from office)

Responsibilities include:

Identify the type of form and apply business rules
Review images and information, inputting data into appropriate fields
Verify and check data for accuracy
Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking
Index key data into multiple software applications
Maintain a clean work environment, adhering to Imaging Centre guidelines
Perform other duties as specified by your Supervisor/Manager

Skills required:

Computer Literate
Familiarity with administrative experience and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, understand the importance of detail and accuracy, and meet production rates while producing quality work
Computer Literate
Attention to detail
Must be able to pass various checks such as DBS Scotland, Adverse Finance and provide 5 years work history
