Sales Coordinator
Location: Luton (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Taylorollinson are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordination professional to support our clients sales team in both administrative and operational capacities. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient processing of sales, client satisfaction, and smooth internal coordination. In addition to supporting the sales cycle, the role includes responsibility for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and the generation of service orders to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
* Prepare, process, and manage sales documents, proposals, and contracts
* Invoice contracts sold and ensure accuracy in billing and related documentation
* Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with resolving billing or payment issues
* Generate and issue Service Orders for the execution and completion of works
* Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline data, and CRM systems
* Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services
* Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support
* Assist in preparing sales performance reports and dashboards
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in administration, planning, or customer service roles.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven track record of delivering performance objectives through cross-functional teams.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* IT literate, with experience in CRM systems preferred but not mandatory.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
