We’re currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Engineering team, covering the West London region and surrounding.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Visit customer sites within your territory to perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of Jungheinrich forklift trucks and material handling equipment

* Manage and maintain parts stock and ensure accurate completion of service reports and timesheets

* Deliver excellent customer service through professional on-site support

What We’re Looking For

* This role is ideal for mechanically or electrically biased engineers from any of the following backgrounds:

* Automotive, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or

* Ex-forces military vehicle engineering

We’re looking for individuals who:

* Hold a full UK driving license

* Have experience working independently

* Are comfortable in customer-facing environments

* Are proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
