Site Manager – Structural Steel
Location: London
Salary: Up to £65,000 (Permanent Role)

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading structural steel contractor working on major projects across London.

This is a permanent position paying up to £65,000, offering long-term stability and the chance to work with a well-established business delivering high-profile steelwork packages.

Key Requirements:

*

Proven track record managing structural steel projects

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Black CSCS card – essential

*

SMSTS and First Aid qualifications

*

Ability to read and interpret steelwork drawings

*

Excellent knowledge of health & safety and quality standards on steelwork sites

*

Confident liaising with main contractors, internal teams, and subcontractors

Responsibilities:

*

Day-to-day management of steel erection on-site

*

Coordinating labour, plant, and materials

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and to the required standard

*

Delivering toolbox talks, managing RAMS, and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations

*

Reporting progress to senior management

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager to step into a key role within a reputable and busy steelwork contractor. Only candidates with a black CSCS card and a solid background in structural steel will be considered.
