Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client, on a permanent basis in Northampton.

Location: Northampton

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 an hour

Duties:

General cleaning and organisation of the yard and workshop
Stacking wood panels and handling materials safely
Feeding materials through the edge bander machine
Packing orders and managing waste/recycling
Assisting skilled colleagues with various woodworking tasksThe ideal candidate must:

Be keen to learn and comfortable working with tools and machinery
Ideally have woodwork experience or a related college qualification
Be reliable, hands-on, and enjoy working as part of a team
