The Opportunity
We're looking for two experienced Litigation Solicitors to join our expanding team—ideally one based in our Taunton/Wellington office and another covering Minehead, Bridgwater, and Williton. If you're a confident, commercially aware solicitor ready to handle a diverse caseload and represent clients through all stages of litigation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

* Manage a varied and interesting litigation caseload

* Draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements

* Represent clients at court, mediations, and settlement meetings

* Deliver strategic, clear, and practical legal advice

* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's growth

* Stay current with legal developments in litigation and dispute resolution

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)

* 5+ years PQE with solid litigation experience

* Strong technical knowledge of CPR and litigation processes

* Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills

* A proactive, client-focused approach with commercial awareness

Desirable Skills:

* Experience in commercial litigation and property disputes

* Familiarity with ADR methods

* Involvement in business development
