Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (OTE)

Job Description:

Veritas Education Recruitment Company is experiencing rapid growth and we are currently seeking a motivated, ambitious, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Candidate Resourcer. Responsibilities:

Conduct candidate sourcing activities to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job positions
Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews and assessments
Support Recruitment Consultants in managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processesRequirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
