We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our team and help homeowners make the switch to clean, efficient heat pump systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing warm inbound leads and following up on qualified sales opportunities
* Conducting virtual and in-person consultations with homeowners
* Explaining the benefits of air source and ground source heat pumps clearly and confidently
* Preparing tailored proposals and guiding customers through the sales process
* Working with our technical and installation teams to ensure smooth handover
* Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to company growth
* Keeping up to date with available grants, incentives (e.g. Boiler Upgrade Scheme), and market trends
Sales Executives requirements
✅ Previous experience in B2C sales (home improvements, renewable energy, or heating systems a bonus)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
✅ Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed targets
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Confident using CRM systems and digital tools
✅ Full UK driving licence (if field-based)
Sales Executives Package:
* £30K - £35k
