Description

Develop and implement quality control strategies to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Oversee quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations.
Delivery & development of a robust Quality Management System within production operations.
Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
Analyse quality data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and best practices. Team includes: technicians, engineers and Quality Leader.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.Profile

A successful Quality Excellence Manager should have:

· A degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience.

· Communication - clear, concise and confident.

· Demonstrates strong skills in change management.

· Leadership - can engage stakeholders and demonstrates a passion for excellence.

· Experience in transformational change to progress Quality is key to this role.

· Problem solving - seeks valid information to solve and eliminate issues.

· Previous experience of operating within a senior level Quality role within manufacturing.

· Experience of developing & implementing meaningful KPI's, targeting key areas of improvement.

· Experience of dealing with Customers & Suppliers.

· Quality Management experience - minimum 5 years
