Electrical infrastructure that’s aging, inconsistent, and becoming increasingly high-risk.
The board knows the stakes — and they’re ready to act.

Now, they need you to lead it.

This is more than a project or compliance role.
It’s about owning and delivering the group-wide electrical safety transformation — with full backing from the executive team.

You’ll take strategic ownership of electrical risk, compliance, and resilience across a complex estate.
From transformers to HV/LV infrastructure, from automation to surge protection, you’ll drive both immediate improvements and long-term structural change.

You’ll be the senior authority – influencing board decisions, challenging site engineering leads where needed, and setting the standard across the business.

What you bring:

15+ years in senior electrical engineering leadership

Strategic and technical command of transformers, HV/LV, automation, isolation standards

Experience leading programmes across multi-site, regulated manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of compliance and Electrical Safety at Work regulations

Gravitas to influence execs and credibility to challenge site teams constructively

What’s on offer:

£95k–£105k base salary

20% bonus + £7k car allowance + long-term incentive plan
