Our client is a specialist passive fire protection contractor operating nationwide, delivering high-quality projects across residential, healthcare, and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

The Role

Working closely with the pre-construction team, the Junior Estimator will support the preparation and delivery of competitive tenders for refurbishment and new build fire door projects. Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations

* Supporting take-offs and cost analysis

* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with project handovers

Requirements

* Some exposure to an estimating role within the construction industry (essential)

* Strong organisational and analytical skills

* Ambitious, driven attitude with a desire to progress

* Good communication skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
