An international Bank is seeking a dynamic BA to support strategic projects and daily business operations with a range of responsibilities, to include:

* Collating, analysing, and documenting business requirements

* Collaborating with teams to enhance workflow efficiency

* Assisting in project coordination and implementation

* Creating user guides and training materials

* Developing test cases and conducting UAT for system/process changes

* Providing daily operational and administrative support

Your experience must include:

* Demonstrated relevant experience in retail banking or business analysis within the banking sector, with a preference for online banking, card industry, or digital banking experience

* Proficiency in data analysis

* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, SQL, etc

* Exceptional written and oral communication abilities for effective interaction at all organizational levels

* Fluency in Cantonese is a must-have skill

Please note this role will be working hybrid – 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely
