We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist (Metallics) to join our clients growing team in Silverstone. In this role, you will produce high-precision components that meet the demanding standards of top-tier engineering and performance applications.

What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate 5-Axis CNC machines to manufacture precision metallic components.
Carry out basic inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
Work closely with engineers and fellow machinists to optimise processes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Record production data accurately and maintain documentation.
Support the training and development of new machinists.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a 5-Axis CNC Machinist, ideally in precision engineering or high-performance environments.
Strong understanding of CNC machining techniques, tooling, and 5-Axis processes.
Experience working with Heidenhain controls.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software — HyperMill experience is advantageous.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to exacting tolerances.
Knowledge of tooling selection and machine maintenance.
Ability to meet production deadlines and manage time effectively
