Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the delivery of effective SEN support across the school

Work closely with teaching staff to support inclusive classroom practices

Develop and monitor EHCPs and provision plans

Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies

Lead the SEN team and provide training across departments

What You’ll Need:

Qualified Teacher Status and National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete)

Proven experience supporting learners with a wide range of needs

Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
