Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a highly experienced Interior Designer to join a leading design firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement from our client's office in the Oxford Circus region.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting commercial fit out projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to create workplace design concepts.

-Develop space plans, mood boards, and 3D visuals that communicate design intent.

-Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and FF&E selections.

-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.

-Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and site visits.

What we are looking for:

-Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

-Must have Detail & Build/Design & Build knowledge.

-Strong understanding of RIBA stage 2.

-Architectural background preferred but not essential.

-Revit proficiency is ideal, but in house training can be offered.
