We are seeking Food Production Operatives to support our well-established client in Ashington. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic food production environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities for Food Production Operatives

* Preparing and lining oven trays for baking

* Handling and moving baking trays with care and efficiency

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

* Cutting and finishing baked goods to high standards

* Hand-finishing products with precision and accuracy

* Labelling and dating products for dispatch

* Packing goods securely for delivery

* Reporting machinery faults to supervisors

Shift Pattern

* 4 on / 4 off rotation

* 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm)

What We Are Looking for in Food Production Operatives

* Access to own transport, as the location is not accessible via public transport

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Previous experience in food production or factory work is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided
