Providing tailored learning strategies to suit their individual needs

Helping students prepare for exams with focused sessions
Supporting learners in building strong educational foundations
Creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment
Responsibilities:
Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
Making Safeguarding a priority
Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition
What we are looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
Understanding & Experience withing Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Have experience in 1:1 tuition
Are skilled at managing challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
