Practice Nurse

Location: Wansford, Peterborough
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 3-4 days per week

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly and well-established GP practice in Wansford, Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and potentially progress into a Nurse Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients across two sites.
Deliver a full range of practice nursing services, including:
Cervical smears
Baby and travel immunisations
ECGs and dressings
Women's health procedures
Support chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD).
Assist with minor surgery when required.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with clinical policies.
Promote health education and disease prevention within the practice population.About the Practice

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience in primary care or practice nursing preferred.
