Day Shift: 07:00 – 15:30

Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 23:30

Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This key role is vital in ensuring products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality control and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack products accurately in accordance with order specifications

Conduct quality checks to ensure items meet standards before dispatch

*

Maintain a clean, organised workspace and monitor stock levels

*

Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and process orders

*

Safely handle materials, using correct manual handling techniques

*

Support with inbound and outbound shipments, including unloading and preparing deliveries

*

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline packing and dispatch processes

*

Perform stock counts and assist in general warehouse duties

*

Assist delivery drivers when needed

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is desirable

*

Understanding of stock control and quality assurance processes is an advantage

*

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

*

Good attention to detail and time management skills

*

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

*

Familiarity with basic mechanical equipment (a plus, but not essential)
