An employee-owned Architectural practice in Manchester are looking to employ someone on an initial 12-month fixed term. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy practice and to work on meaningful projects as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using their design skills on medium & large-scale projects, working alongside senior designers and technical team members. This role would be best suited to someone with at least 5 years post-qualification experience who is ready to lead projects from concept to delivery.

Key attributes include:

- A passion for creating exceptional buildings and good Architecture.
- Experience in leading projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication skills: Written/verbal/presentation.

Essential qualifications and skills:

- ARB/RIBA Qualification.
- 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in design and delivery of projects.
- Software: Revit, Photoshop, InDesign & Photoshop.
- Experience in organising design submissions and technical information.
