Role Summary: Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operational Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic improvement projects that optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance performance across the business. This is a key role plays a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency throughout the organisation, while fostering a culture of continuous performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and progress tracking.

* Identify and implement process improvement and cost-reduction strategies.

* Drive business improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

* Evaluate and deliver efficiency and productivity enhancements.

* Challenge existing practices and introduce innovative solutions.

* Investigate process issues and customer complaints to identify root causes.

* Define and monitor performance metrics (KPIs/business standards).

* Collaborate with stakeholders to boost productivity and staff engagement.

* Communicate improvement strategies across all management levels.

* Train and mentor teams on new processes and continuous improvement.

* Analyse workflows and recommend optimisations.

* Ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

* Stay current with trends in lean methodology and operational best practices.

* Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Attributes:

* Proven experience delivering end-to-end operational improvement initiatives across process, systems, and resource optimisation.

* Skilled in change management, process streamlining, and cross-functional collaboration.

* Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

* A data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving with a passion for efficiency.

* Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business.

* Experience or certification in PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).

* Adaptable, detail-focused, and results-oriented with a natural drive for improvement.

Benefits Package:

Location: Office-based (UK)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Annual Bonus
