Temporary Administrator | Inkberrow | £12 - £15 per hour

Arden Personnel is working with a fantastic company based in Inkberrow, near Redditch, who are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join them full-time until the end of September
If you have previous office experience, a great telephone manner, and are ready to hit the ground running, this could be the perfect short-term opportunity for you.
The Details
* Salary: £12.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience
* Location: Inkberrow, Redditch. Please note: Due to the rural location, you must be able to drive.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (with a half-hour unpaid lunch break).
* Contract: Temporary, full-time until the end of September
Your Day-to-Day Duties
As the Administrator, you will be getting stuck into a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with accurate order processing.
* Putting stock and orders together ready for dispatch.
* Helping to arrange and coordinate deliveries.
* Answering telephones, taking detailed messages, and handling general enquiries.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Immediate Availability: You must be able to start straight away and commit until the end of May.
* Office Experience: Previous administration experience and a confident, polite telephone manner.
* IT Skills: A strong working knowledge of MS Office.
* Transport: A full driving license and your own vehicle.
* A Love for Dogs: There are friendly office dogs on site, so you must be comfortable around them!
