Conrad Consulting are seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to join the Environmental Management & Design team at a large multi disciplinary company based in Nottingham, East Midlands.

What You'll Do:

- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team to deliver a diverse work programme, meeting client expectations and company objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the design and delivery of projects across landscape design, urban design, and landscape planning.
- Technical Expertise: Provide specialist landscape planning input to ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and the public to facilitate project delivery.
- Market Growth: Identify and develop opportunities to expand the team's capabilities.
- Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve their potential and deliver effective business results.

What the Principal Landscape Architect will require:

- Qualifications: A relevant degree and Chartership of the Landscape Institute.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in a design consultancy, suitable for a principal level role.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ICT skills, including knowledge of CAD and GIS software.
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of design standards, procurement practices, and relevant legislation.
- Licensing: Full UK Driver's Licence.
