kolt recruitment are looking for a panel beater for a busy accident repair centre in Aldershot. This is a hands-on role covering panel repair work as well as some light strip and fit, helping the workshop keep a consistent flow of high-quality repairs.
key responsibilities

* carry out panel repairs including straightening, filling, and replacing damaged panels where required

* complete light strip and fit duties (bumpers, trims, lights, mirrors, bolt-on panels)

* assess vehicle damage and plan repairs to manufacturer standards

* ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high finish

* work closely with painters, estimators, and other technicians to meet deadlines

* maintain a clean and organised working area and follow workshop procedures

requirements

* proven experience as a panel beater within an accident repair / bodyshop environment

* confident with light strip and fit alongside panel repair duties

* good knowledge of repair methods and quality standards

* able to work to deadlines without compromising on finish

* full uk driving licence preferred
