MEP Quantity Surveyor Opportunity - Leading MEP Contractor - Commercial/Data Centre/Life Sciences Projects

MK Search are working closely with a well respected MEP contractor who have recently won a variety of exciting new commercial, data centre and life sciences projects across the UK. They are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor in their London business unit.

You will be joining on to one of many of their live and upcoming projects across the UK, including prestigious commercial developments in Central London, complex pharmaceutical and exciting new data centre projects. All while gaining support from an industry leading commercial team.

Responsibiltiies:

* Tracking project costs and labour efficiency,

* Ensuring timely and accurate submissions

* Managing subcontract packages from procurement to final account.

* A clear understanding of legal aspects.

* A commitment to continuous professional development are also key to this role.
