We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Natural Resources team, working on our Southern Water Framework.

Location: Working on sites at Kent, East Sussex or Hampshire depending on your locality.  

Hours: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

 

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Sub-Agent to join our Natural Resources team on our Southern Water Framework. In this role you'll be responsible for the co-ordination, planning and delivery of on-site preconstruction and construction phase activities.

Your day to day will include:

Ensuring all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded. 

Supporting with work relating to financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value review with Commercial Team. 

Implementing and monitoring day-to-day activities (Short Interval Control), in line with main programme.

Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the specification as well as the management and monitoring of Sub-Contractor.

Managing supervisors, site engineers and section engineers, and ensuring suitable and sufficient quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring is carried out.

What are we looking for?

This Sub-Agent role is great for you if you have:

Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).

Proven track record in successfully managing a project as well as management skills (control and management of employees).

Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.

SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card.

Full UK Driving licence.
