We’re looking for a Development Engineer to join our clients Technical team and help create advanced composite and polymer-based solutions for defence, marine, security, and automotive applications.

What You’ll Do

Lead development projects from concept to production
Create new materials, products, and processes
Plan and run test programmes for validation
Support business development with customer interactions
Produce technical reports, proposals, and presentations
Act as a key technical contact across teams and suppliers What You’ll Bring

Degree in Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Product Design, Composites, or similar
2+ years industry experience
Strong technical writing skills
Organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple projects
Awareness of composite materials
Manufacturing experience
