Description
Deliver procurement activities in line with internal governance and the Procurement Act 2023
Develop and execute procurement strategies that deliver value for money
Lead procurement processes across frameworks and open market routes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Identify and escalate risks that may impact procurement outcomes
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
Minimum 5+ years in public sector procurement
Proven experience in Civils, Construction, and Rail procurement
Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and full procurement lifecycle
Skilled in drafting procurement documentation, ITTs, evaluation processes, and supplier recommendations
In-depth knowledge of contract law and risk analysis
Ability to manage complex workloads and meet accelerated deadlines
Quick to integrate into teams, with a proactive and delivery-focused approachJob Offer

12 month contract duration
Up to £700 per day (Inside IR35)
