We’re looking for passionate Substance Misuse Recovery Workers to join their dynamic team!

? The Role
- Support service users in overcoming addiction and rebuilding their lives through tailored recovery plans.
- Deliver one-to-one and group sessions, focusing on harm reduction and relapse prevention.
- Collaborate with health professionals and community organisations to provide holistic care.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment to inspire recovery and growth.

? About You
- Experience in substance misuse or Criminal Justice.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with service users.
- Knowledge of harm reduction and recovery models.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care) are a plus.
- Empathetic, resilient, and ready to make a difference.

? Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: £18 - £22 per hour (based on experience).
