Contract & Implementation Coordinator

This role is being advertised as a part time role between 20-25 hours p/w

Summary

This role will be part of the Business Improvement Team. The role will be to ensure client contracts are progressed at pace ensuring collaboration across all functions. The role will require thinking outside the box to ensure without putting our business at risk we get the contracts signed & a consistent method of implementation is followed to realise true NFI potential.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

Reviewing contracts for operational risk

Liaising with key stakeholders to continuously progress contracts

Ensuring transparency of all PSL held as a business

Implementing all new agreements across relevant functions ensuring processes & accountability is clear & mapped out

Communicating all new wins / updates to existing contracts across all business for cross / up sell opportunities

Set up and maintenance of CRM system to reflect contractual agreement

Proactively monitoring expiry dates & feeding back to Sales leaders /Bids to renew agreement

The detail

The activities you are likely to undertake to succeed are: 

Review contracts flagging operational risk to Sales leaders as well as commercial sign off

Collating Legal feedback & collaborating with relevant Group Support functions to determine feedback to client

Humanising feedback into format for client & Sales point of contact to negotiate

Accurate set up of systems to ensure transparency of contract & right first time approach

Communicate out details of new signed contract to all relevant parties ensuring clear accountability of what sits where & ownership

Ensure client account is set up depending on complexity of client this may be account plans to maximise NFI

Work with BI / Marketing to communicate new wins (Connect, TV screens, Leadership channel, Sales Enablement Forum)

Communication – in conjunction with the proactive approach, this role will require communication with all areas of our business & ensuring the feedback is suitable for clients (concise, relevant & humanized) 

Organisation – keeping all contracts moving, tracking renewals, who we are outstanding information from.

Systems knowledge – ability to understand internal systems to understand the functionality & maintain with accurate data.

Attention to detail – understanding what clauses are key within contracts, what operational risks we can / are willing to accept & what our business / systems cannot do & therefore must be flagged as a potential risk

Being agile – the business needs will change direction and we must pivot accordingly. The role will require working on contracts at any given time
