Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new opportunity? We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a hard working, supportive small team within a large operational business.

What you'll be doing:

Handling customer queries
Problem-solving and providing solutions
Booking appointments, liaising with external sources
Supporting colleagues and ensuring great service delivery

What we're looking for:

Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm and Solution-focused manner
A proactive, team-focused attitude
