Job Title: Machine Operator / General Operative

Pay: £13.36/ph

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator / General Operative to join our busy fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will have a background in general labour within a workshop environment and be confident operating a range of machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery including band saws and plasma burners
Safely use air tools and overhead cranes
Assist with general fabrication tasks and manual handling
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Support other team members as requiredRequirements:

Previous experience in a workshop or fabrication environment
Confident operating overhead cranes and cutting machinery
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of manual labourDesirable:

Forklift license or additional relevant certifications
