Head Chef
Salary: circa £55,000 + TRONC + overtime
Location: Poole, Dorset (live-in accommodation available)

* Introducing modern processes to streamline and strengthen operations
Who we’re looking for:
* An experienced Head Chef with a background in AA Rosette and/or Michelin-standard kitchens
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costings and margins effectively
* Inspirational leadership and a proven track record of building motivated, cohesive teams
* A passion for seasonality, provenance, and progressive modern British/European cuisine
* Creative vision to deliver new experiences while respecting an established reputation
